Here is what you can ask for before you sign anything.
Client references on request
Ask us for contactable references on comparable Sydney sites — office, strata, warehouse or medical — and we will supply them with the client's permission so you can speak to them directly.
A written, itemised scope
Before the first clean you receive a scope of works broken down by area, task and frequency. You hold a copy, so every visit can be measured against a document rather than an opinion.
Supervisor sign-off each visit
A named site supervisor signs the checklist on every visit. If a line item is missed, it is corrected on the next scheduled clean and noted against the same checklist.
We also provide a certificate of currency for our $20 million public liability cover, National Police Check confirmation for every cleaner attending your site, and month-to-month terms you can end on 30 days written notice. Call 1300 494 983 and ask for any of it.
How we work
Commitments on every Sydney site
Five commitments apply to every commercial site we service across Sydney. They cover staffing, insurance, contract terms, crew consistency and pricing.
Our own staff, police-checked before they start
Cleaners are employed directly by Pro Clean Corp, not subcontracted. A current National Police Check is held for every person who attends your premises.
$20 million public liability, documented
Cover of $20 million is held for public liability. The certificate of currency is provided on request for your records or your building induction file.
Terms that stay month to month
There is no fixed-term commitment. Agreements roll monthly and end on 30 days written notice.
The same supervised crew each visit
You get a consistent crew working to a written scope of works, with a supervisor responsible for the site. New staff are inducted onto your scope before attending alone.
Itemised pricing after a walk-through
We quote after walking the site. The quote is fixed and broken down by area, task and frequency so you can see what each line costs.
Every point here corresponds to a document issued with your quote.
